Consistency Creates Credibility
Repeatable assessment methods improve fairness, defensibility, and trust. Consistency does not mean rigidly treating every environment the same; it means applying the same evidence principles and decision logic to comparable situations.
What the assessor sees
Build an evidence path that can be followed and defended.
- Use repeatable sampling rationale across users, assets, locations, and periods.
- Document why evidence is sufficient—or insufficient.
- Separate assessor judgment from unsupported preference.
- Build workpapers another qualified assessor can follow.
